I recommend DISRUPT to any woman trying to navigate this current corporate landscape…

“Having the opportunity to be a part of the DISRUPT program these past 6 weeks was not only inspiring, but very strategic. This program helped me to reimagine what my goals truly are and stand firm on the belief that they are attainable. DISRUPT also gave me strategies and tools to use now and when I return back to the workforce. I was able to see things that I need to work on for myself, and things I need to keep in my arsenal to navigate the systems set in place for me to fail. I recommend DISRUPT to any woman trying to navigate this current corporate landscape, and in need of a reminder of who you are! Thank you so much for this opportunity Sarah!! You are amazing.”

…a transformative program that is steeped in power and purpose.

“The advice, recommendations and resources that Sarah provided were (and still are!) top-tier. I appreciated the tailored content for Black women and the ability for Sarah to deeply understand the unique challenges Black women face and to be able to support those challenges with differentiated resources and content. I loved the formatting of the videos and the weekly cohort sessions to debrief content as well as being in community alongside others. Thank you, Sarah for creating this gift and for allowing me to be a part of a transformative program that is steeped in power and purpose. I know this program was a labor of love and it certainly showed in every detail, video, resource and support you offered. So appreciative of you being this phrase personified: be the change you wish to see in the world. Overjoyed and highly grateful for you and your work!”
